Whatever state you're in
Hug something!
Even if it's only in your mind!
Yes! You love! You have to see it!

No, Really

No No…pretty groovy with the right music…
still beauty to the left of me…colors… white
to the right of me…still as a spinning top….
still…no wind…temperature like your living room…
half a jar of hootch…red wall reflecting sun…
not important…
sure is here
for now.

Oh No!

There is still beauty
There is still love
There is still simplicity
There is still connection
There is still invention
There is still evolution
There is still enlightenment,
2500 years after Buddha,
the light that shines in darkness
shines brighter.

White Butterfly

A white butterfly landed on a leaf and disappeared…
it reappeared when it started flying again….
emptiness experienced only when the mind is not
flying like a white butterfly.

is not this…
but, is it other than this?
is this part of that,
or is it separate from that?
this is merely a knot in that
that thinks therefore it am…
nothing personal…
nothing lasting….
nothing real other than
the illusion of That!
