Wherever you go, you forgot you were there.

I don’t remember the pleasures of the God realm,

but I know I once was there.

I don’t remember warring as a jealous God,

but I’m sure I did.

I don’t remember living as an animal, but some

dogs seem so familiar.

I don’t remember haunting as a hungry ghost,

but I just bet I had a turn.

I can’t remember the torments of hell…

I remember the pain of my youth…

but not how bad it felt.

I had cataracts removed last month and

I can’t remember how little I could see.
