Mexican Independence (interdependence) Day

gasconading with drums and trumpets down the

street/might as well because that’s all they got

in the country that almost works oh well go ahead

and propound all you want but better fiesta as well

they will it’s what they do it’s all they do terminators

of delight since they’re alive and can’t come up with

something better/not being critical heck these people 

smile more and the kids seem happier than in cities 

in the U.S.A. except for occasional barbecues with

corn on the cob boy do I miss that 4th of July food.

The omens are dark and dank these days with

occasional glimmers of possibility of relief but

it’s too early to tell which time line reality is

going to take time will tell as it always does 

meanwhile nonbreeders with purple hair fill

the streets in the States not like here where I

can just imagine the snickers that would come 

if those deviants tried that down here the New

Age is not trickle down/it’s an American fad

like the hula hoop and just as long lasting but

not as much fun.

Word play is just another type of play/ we adults

usually forgot how in the seriousness of survival 

in a world that is capable of providing all needs

but greed prevents/not asking for utopia that never

comes about just decency and common sense which

if humanity grokked we would take care of each

other and ourselves easily eliminating streets of

homelessness and other ills because of the top

down strategy of power hungry sociopaths and 

psychos that inhabit the ruling tier/the trickle down

hopium hasn’t eliminated desperation is anybody 

listening is a question maybe promises of a Golden

Age is just another pie in the sky or not we’ll see

soon because if it is ladies hike up your skirts

because it’s going to get nastier than you could

ever imagine.
