Watch Your Head

It’s hard to do unless there’s a mirror.

It also implies we have vision beyond 

our bodies, which is true.

I had an out of body experience in 

high school before I’d ever heard of

such a thing.

I was up at the ceiling looking down 

at myself in the Seniors’ lounge on 

a couch.

I never told anyone for decades.

It’s hard to get over having a body.

It’s hard to get over not being young.

Things are hard to get over, but what

choice do we have?

Some things are hard to hear.

Should you be thankful you’re hearing them?

What are your thoughts on the subject?

Joy and sadness…

eight billion people?

Wow….that’s a lot 

of everything.
