I Fell In Love Again

I’m old now,

so it shouldn’t be a problem.

I reckon it’s simply a pattern,

a projection of what I’m familiar with

that triggers that feeling in me.

It can’t take me over anymore…

…it seems I was helpless when I

was young! I can simply observe

and keep my mouth shut…(but what

if she walks towards me with that 

look in her eyes like she knows?)
