Enjoy Yourself
Try this:
you can set the alarm on your phone…
have it ring, randomly, three times a day.
When it does, stop, for a minute (unless
you’re in the middle of the street
or something…) and just use your senses…
feel how you feel…there’s a lot to
appreciate, even in one breath.
Other than that, follow the Golden Rule,
and do whatever you want…
nature will take care of itself.
