Empty Mirror

The Big Bang happened

when you walked through the front door,

when the boss told you to come to

the office, 

when you saw your child being born,

when your teacher slapped you in the face.

Some things end, but nothing ever finishes

in the tamasha called samsara….

ripples of karma echo down the time wave.

We only know we were asleep

when we wake up from the dream.
