To Be Or Not To Be

Life is a trip I don’t want to take again.

Who would want to start over? Forget

heaven, hell, blank nothingness…any

Idea of what comes next…you come

back, it’s as simple as that…and the 

proof is that you’re here, now, with

specific attributes unique to you that

appeared when you were very young,

showing karma manifesting through the

genes.

Whatever actions you take in this life

echo down the aeons and get louder.

If you cause harm to others, if you’re

greedy and selfish, those actions will be

mirrored back eventually in future lives,

whether one is reborn as human or in

some other realm.

As the plumber says, pay me now or 

pay me later...

...or, as the Buddhist says, if you want to 
see the future, look at the present...if you
want to see the past, look at the present.

So, it would be best to forget about the 

whole thing, and rest in non-existence, 

which is not nothingness, but rather mind

where complexities such as organic 

existence don’t arise…

…but that takes some training.
