Fukushima is retribution for Hiroshima and Nagasaki

Japan: "Oh, we have this bad nuclear accident….hey,
look! All the radiation is heading to the United States! Hmmmm…
Do we really want to stop it?
We didn't want nuclear reactors….they forced us to….

The other possibility is that they are criminally incompetent. I
