Why Do I Bother?

Yes, I feel like I’m on a soapbox
ranting to cyberspace,,,but drunks,
maniacs and those that actually see
what’s going on have a tendency to
rant…you’re choice as to my pigeonhole…
“Oh yeah, that guy was right 50 years
ago….he was ahead of his time.”…
which is great when you have a lot of time….
we don’t, fellow mammals…. if we don’t
stop this runaway train, we might as well
throw ourselves under it, for all the good
our lives are doing us….because, much
to your dismay, “it’s” not about how many
cars you have in your garage, or even your
hope to live in an underground city when
things get really bad…not at all….”it’s”
about remaining human in spirit…which
you see is getting harder to do…50 years?
people will be eating each other, and there
will be no one around that knows any better.

"KRAKOW, Poland — Intolerant governments across the globe are "slowly crushing" activist and advocacy groups that play an essential role in the development of democracy, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said Saturday.
She cited a broad range of countries where "the walls are closing in" on civic organizations such as unions, religious groups, rights advocates and other nongovernmental organizations that press for social change and shine a light on governments' shortcomings."

Oh, crap, she forgot the USA.

P.S. she also said:

"Democracies don't fear their own people. They recognize that
citizens must be free to come together, to advocate and agitate."

How's that for a brazen lie?

(See: www.rense.com "Hillary's latest lies")

"As far as democratic representation, any form of government
we’d agree is healthy, would include an unobstructed representation
of its citizens; even within an absolute monarchy or dictatorship.
Or we could say regardless whether dictatorship, monarchy,
communism or democracy if the ruling class has no interest or
involvement in what their citizens are going through,
then no genuine leadership is even possible." J.E.
