Milieux

There will always be

a piano in the background,

motorcycles,

yapping dogs,

Mickey Mouse tee shirts,

flies,

strangers,

police, 

hoodies,

children,

old ladies with shawls,

thanks to the second law of thermodynamics,

or whatever explanation you can come up with

notwithstanding all the shortcomings of all the

philosophers,

scientists,

theologians,

prophets, 

all those that can’t see things as they are and need

words to make themselves feel better,

control others,

create kingdoms,

make the mess we’re in.
