Writing In Self Defense

 Not in defense of self… no, none of that.

Supplicating the muse, the spirit, quantum being,

the Holy Ghost, the essence, the continuity.

May these facets of my being not lose track of

the truth in the maelstrom of obfuscation we call

today’s world. 

May my words distract from the distraction and 

point to the path.

May confusion be transformed into wisdom, as

painful as that may be.

May the clear light of reality

shine over the world.
