Clown World

One could probably go anywhere in the world

where there’s electricity and you could show 

the people there a picture of Mickey Mouse,

and they would recognize it immediately.

By contrast, most people you talk to in the world

about the teachings of Buddha and the path that 

leads to the end of suffering would never have 

heard of them, and would think you’re crazy.

It’s a clown world we live in.
