World Lottery

The Bilderberg Group, in concert with the 

United Nations, has come up with an equitable

solution to the world population crisis. A World

Lottery will take place. Participation by everyone
on the planet is mandatory. 20% of those
participating will win. The remaining 80% will be
euthanized. The lottery will be entirely random,
assuring a fair representation of all peoples.
This process will preclude the necessity for war.
War tends to over eliminate youth,
which is harmful to the species survival. The
public will need to be educated as to the necessity
and fairness of the process, and, it's importance
for the flourishing of mankind. This will be the
first time humanity has acted in the interest of
the species rather than in the interests of smaller
groups of  individuals competing against one
another.  This process will bring the species
together for the first time in human history.
