Last job refuge of scoundrels…

people put up with things that

they wouldn’t tolerate from other

service professions; the smells,

the crude behavior, the ass crack…

That was a big attraction, for me.

All you care about when your toilet

is broken is taking a crap.

If someone comes into your house

seeming as if he is familiar with shit,

that actually is reassuring.

I’ve experienced this many times.

Now, plumbers have to get signed

contracts before they enter a home,

and, they have to wear booties.

Well, let’s just say the cost, for all

involved, has gone up.
