Killer Beef Stew

Take the tenements of a beef roast,

simmer with onions and fresh garlic

till onions become translucent...

add vegetables:

potatoes, carrots, turnip, frozen peas,

two cups red wine, a bottle of dark beer,

go to Chicago and commit the

St. Valentines Day massacre,

come back,

season the stew to taste after

letting it simmer about an hour.
